Mission Statement:
Our call is to reach across the divide of language, culture, economics
and class to proclaim the good news of
Christ’s love and community to all We
continuously strive to be faithful to
this mission and ministry.
La Capilla de la Gracia worships in Spanish at 2 p.m. on
Sundays. A program for children of all
ages is available during the first half of the Mass. Then everyone gathers for communion.
Classes for baptisms, First
Communion, confirmation, and quinceaneras are provided and scheduled on
request. Presently a Bible study group
meets on Mondays at 5 p.m. Homework help
is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5 p.m. and Youth group meets
on Wednesdays from 6-8 p.m. during the school year.
La Capilla de la Gracia is a
ministry with Grace Episcopal Church, located in a nearby community. All youth activities are a joint effort of
both and on special occasions the
communities worship together, using Spanish and English.
